Archetypes Qoya Classes
Monthly Classes to explore the archetypes and houses through movement, meditation and community.
“Anchored in the stillness and sometimes stuck-ness of our core selves, we dance in community to manifest our gifts, releasing what we no longer need knowing that in this larger teaching of reciprocity what we let go of will become the compost for new growth, and what we receive will sustain us as we grow.
Like the healing sounds of the jingle dance, it is the sound created by the shifting movement of shadow and light that heals us, creates the space for the giving up and receiving in, the change and transformation that is the call to dance.
As we support each other in the dance, so we are each supported by spirit in the form of the archetypes who have always been with us, waiting for us to dance within the widening aperture of our consciousness where the interplay of shadow and light gives shape and form to our embodied selves, into this vast ecology of being, where our sacred place in the circle waits for our heartbeat.”
— Kimberley Wilde, Archetypes Qoya participant

What is Qoya?
Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember how to trust the truth in our body as our sacred guide, to embody our soul and live a life aligned with our truth by following our intuition.
Qoya is about finding joy in allowing your body to move the way it wants to move.
There are no levels or physical criteria in Qoya, because it is based on what feels good in your body any age or fitness ability can do it.
“Through Qoya I have found a deeper relationship with my archetypes. This experience has helped me to somewhat catch the essence of each archetypal energy.”
— Karen Wolitski, Archetypes Qoya Participant
